i've moved in to my dorm and home for the next year in boston.
the city is beautiful and the people i'm meeting are frrom all over and think differently and laugh differently and view the world differently and i love it.
i'm wearing dresses and smiles and eating at awkward hours of the day.
i have yet to re make my bed or do my laundry, but i haven't missed or been late for a single class.

i'm loving myself and life and where i'm hopefully headed.

i dyed my hair unnatural colors, i said goodbye to people who mean the world to me, i've got no sleep lately, and my stomach is doing flips over itself.
i starting packing my stuff and its a bit sad. i was so happy to move on and get away from rhode island that i'm starting to wonder if things will be okay.
its weird, putting all your things in bags and just kind of staring at what you're leaving behind.

i'm sure its normal to feel this nervous.

but i know that it'll be fine and that i'll fall in love with my life and being in college is going to be fun and the new places i see and the new people i meet will inspire me to be a better person in all ways possible.

my brother is at hendricken right now, training for football, my sister is with my mom at the gym, and i'm at home, alone, packing.

its way hot out today, i think its almost 100 degrees! i have a folk festival to attend but i dunno if we're actually going to go.
my dad is home!
and he wants to see a movie.


i'm happy.
very.
i'm taking more and more pictures, and i love this sudden urge to do so. its even better because i'm in love with most of the pictures i'm taking.
i'm re reading fear and loathing in las vegas.
and i'm listening to nothing but the who, the clash, eisley, and leah stargazing (per usual).
i've got a head full of possibilities and a hand full of opportunities and i hope to make something out of them.


its already august!
can you believe it?

i lost my glasses.
i'm way suburned.
i'm moving to boston in about a month.
my favorite band right now is leah stargazing.
i'm not taking as many pictures that i really like anymore.
i'm tired.
i need more sleep and inspiration.
lunch dates and shows.


we're going to a murder mystery dinner tonight.
i'm excited.

listening to the briefs, drinking iced tea, uploading new pictures, and getting butterflies about college.
